Ok, I see the PL150007 but not -8. Anyway, if they are going in order as listed then, we have to wait for one other case to be heard before ours gets attention. Am I seeing that correctly ? So, the review was asked for and in process, and very close to being reviewed. Hmmmm, seems someone mentioned to me that Cen wanted to wait for the Judicial review to proceed with the OMB. But, now that I see this again I remember the filing of it.
