let me reiterate >> imo they are seriously screwed
because they've never *covered* >> rather they have *reset* the clock
between an ever diminishing *pool of colluders*

it's why IB had *shares* to show in late Dec 2014

think of who was awarded a cert of 1M PTOI shares ..

those shares are *restricted* for 6 months *imo*

but again *off shore* >> LONDON CALLING >> manipulates by rote

interesting to see VFIN >> trotted out again >> shadows like to claim en masse
across the vehicle of choice for OTC STOCK Manipulation that VFIN
is the indicator of co.s dilution

of course we have an ungagged TA .. and documentation done *consistently*
to note *changes*

note to self: and how i know almost every stat re: PTOI (stock) has been perverted by various colluding entities

when *volume* entered last Oct .. i had to wait 4 weeks to *prove* a higher ATS Dark Pool % would *show*

when P2O put 250,000 into their FLOAT directly this past Feb .. i had to wait
a month to *show* that ATS Dark Pool %s .. would be lowered .. and they were for one week

it might interest some to know that ATS Dark Pool %s were at 70% in early Jan 2015

these bastards can short for perpetuity .. they only win if they can outlast mgmt and retail

kudos to P2O and her *actual* >> vs FAUX .. investors

we've done something (which most won't understand until monies transfer and BoD is seated) .. rather rare on the OTC
