In the consumer example I mentioned an app would be needed on the device to compress the files. Otherwise, they would be too big to share from a mobile device.

In the enterprise example I mentioned, a 4K video upload and management app would be beneficial to corp marketing depts that have multiple videos of multiple products in multiple divisions. Marketers often struggle managing myriad marketing collateral across their company with multiple products/divisions this is why they invest in document management apps, which help keep track of these files.

However, this is all conjecture on my part.
