Oddly enough it looks as if we went from a "dead company" to a company that is in the right place at the right time, who would have thought!! I was planning on surrendering my shares in December 2015 to the broker so I could take a tax loss. Now it looks like by December 2015 I will have long term capital gains if I decide to sell,,lol
