I think Heddle miscalculated the intelligence of the average penny long. It must have shocked him how easily penny longs made Bordy and family millionaires. I bet he worked hard to establish his business and was looking to make a few easy bucks.
His misjudgement is going to cost him a million or more.It's pretty easy to run a low float stock promotion with a startup with a good prop. To continue the promotion with an "end up",as I like to call them, is pretty hard. Look at the quality of the promoters he's stuck with and the material they have to work with.
Even Bordy was smart enough to leave when the scam became obvious. If their was any value in these props someone could just hire Bordy to build them one and bypass ptoi.
His only chance is to risk a trading halt to generate enough excitement to run the s/p. I figured we'd be getting bogus updates from Econav, trying to skirt SEC scrutiny...
