foggdogg, thank you for the feedback! How did you contact him? I've been part of shareholder "long" groups in the past. I've always felt their should be one shareholder or representative of the group who had the ability to break through to speak with a busy CEO.
Maybe someone with some business savvy? This way the man doesn't get bombarded with phone calls and emails from numerous longs with the addition of constant complaints from some.
With the sensitive nature of insider information and SEC rules, I doubt Cruz can share too much. On the other hand that means that would mean he is working on material events which is encouraging.
At a minimum can you ask;
1) Is there a plan in place? If some of that plan is proprietary then we don't need any specifics until ready. Maybe he will never publish the plan for the sake of proprietary information!
2) Are new products being developed? Don't need to know the specifics but just a generic yes or no would bring some encouragement!
3) Are they looking for a new CEO?
