OK.. This is the very latest one.. The very last PR on Maranispirits.com is Ani leaving. It says: new accountant : Hartley Moore Accountancy Corporation .
Facts are: the accountant never was named on the last financial or signed it. Neither: Ara Z. signed it and he is the listed: "Treasurer" - He's listed as an employee.
So, the CEO signs her own quarterly fin. On March 9 and released on April 21! almost 6 weeks later.. It makes no sense.. Why didn't the accountant or the treasurer sign the fins? What happened?
