That logic makes no sense. Their shares weather vested or not, restricted or not are at a higher fair market value. Cruz is taking the worst haircut with 100k or so down to 10K at present. I highly doubt company management wishes to see their PPS go close to no bid. That's I Glowian senselessness and it's not going to happen.
