they are certainly valid questions
as i've noted a few x
every update answers some ?s
and raises new ones
i send on my queries (?s) directly to RH
and wait to see what gets updated ..
my expectation is we'll have another update (PR)
when either a LOI or DA is filed in regards to 2nd buyer
my thinking on that filing is it could happen at anytime
but realistically i see it after the Q is filed (5.15.15)
to early June
imo RH laid out a very clear time line today
with OBG now noted directly via their link and RH's comments
i'm content to let this last round all play out
