That's exactly right. I swear a person can accurately score whether a stock is a scam just by tallying certain phrases by the people who believe in any company. Blaming manipulation and market makers is a big one.
After over six years, it shouldn't matter even if PTOI's stock price was manipulated--at some point the company's results should speak for themselves.
