To answer your question - I contacted NTEK IR last night with the following responses given:
1. Q. Are we (NTEK) still their (HHSE) hosting partner?
>> A. We still operate VODWiz
2. Q. If yes, does this provide revenue for NTEK as HHSE uses our server and is such revenue based on a >>fee or a share of HHSE's revenue?
A. We get a revenue share.

I think it has great potential for both companies as they appear to each have different sources of content.
