2015invest is absolutely correct.
Let anyone bring offers, I certainly wouldn't discourage it as it would likely be a catalyst to get this thing going. That said, I would be against any sale at this point no matter the offer. You sell the golden eggs not the goose who lays them. Don't forget that!
