odd - more mm's now than in a long time- 4 on bid-.0001 NITE CSTI CANT ATDF
and 5 on ask -lowest .001 VFIN CSTI NITE CANT ATDF
I would not necessarily think mm's would have advanced knowledge of a coming removal of dtc chill but who knows
dont know why mm's would come into the fray at this point unless either restrictions were to be removed or an odd coincidence of more people presenting hard certificates to different brokers- brokers who used different mm's -
and where would such certificates come from- smaller certificates after some big cert sold off piece by piece- but why would such be presented to new mm's by brokers instead of the mm's who had already been making a market
