As they said, they want the AS room for future expansion if needed and wanted to take the price hit right now. That, combined with the statement that they want the pps low to scrape up the bottom and constrict the OS is music to my ears. I just hope the price stays nice and low while I scrounge up some more funds.
On another note, how is the family and friends treating you of late? I suppose you were abused over the past year or so with the PVEC shares stuck in the mud as they were. What a dark time that was. Personally, I wasn't sure how Peter was going to work this out. Now that he, and his ownership stake, are history, we can move freely forward. what a breath of fresh air.
Actually, I feel sorry for Peter that he wasn't able to realize his dreams of a successful shipping company. Too bad. Lord knows that I have had a few failures in my past. They are not very much fun.
