Perfect storm, and interesting conundrum, IMO.  Bob intends to buyback shares at some point, but at what price?  No doubt he has a target in mind beyond which it may be considered pricey.  OTOH, it makes what he holds more valuable for him and us by doing so, cost notwithstanding.  Hmmmm.
