Just guessing here, but when I see this there is only one explanation. Away from the board for 6 months and then show up beating on the Company and advising shareholders to sell quickly.
Wonder who will be sitting on the Bid Buying?
Guessing it's the same person who sold over several months.
Show up and drag a few followers with you to beat on the Company.
