Lowering the o/s has happened to the tune of over 1 billion. It was just stated negotiations are on going for more shares. A/S have been lowered to the tune of 2.7 billion. It may not be going at your required pace but it is on going.

The company could take the easy route and reverse split us into oblivion. That is not happening. In spite of the many irons in the fire that require a large amount of capital, MNGG is doing the most shareholder friendly thing possible and buying back shares.
