"I hope you have already received the email we sent you yesterday regarding
your question. We are following up with these additional messages for
you.
Thank you for your message and taking the time and interest in asking us
questions directly.
We noticed that there were a few people asking if we intend to use toxic
financing. We have absolutely no need for those types of financing. For
large
production orders we will typically take a deposit such as 50% from the
agency or client. When we need money to buy large quantities of
components or to cover manufacturing related costs, we will typically use
our cash reserves, or get a Production Order (P.O.) loan or at worst case
scenario we can use the services of Factoring.
We went ahead and increased the AS to 400m incase we need any part of it
in the years to come. We felt this was the best time to do it since
we expected the old previous PVEC sharsholders to dump their shares
anyways since they have been waiting so long. Figured it best to do
the housekeeping now once and for all and be done with it and not have to
deal with it in years to come. We wanted to continue uplisting without
having
to worry about increasing the AS down the years later. We are trying to
in time get a piece of the market share such as DJI and 3D Robotics has
and we must act
quickly and decisively early on. We are not making drone toys though, we
are making robust professional platforma for commercial or government
applications.
We really aren't too concerned about the price if it falls too much
because then it makes it easier to buy back more shares. We know we will
have to trade at .10/share for atleast 30 days for the QX and $1.00/share
for 30 days for
QX Premier. We have dedicated $35,000 just for auditors and filings to get
there as quickly as we can accomplish it. Then we will go from there.
We can also confirm that Peter is in no way part of our company nor is he
an officer of any type for us.
Bare with us since we just recently went public and we still have a ton
of information we have not even disclosed yet that is very favorable for
everyone! Visit www.dsusa.us for new constant additions to our website.
Have a great weekend! "
Very excited for how the company conducts business. They do not hide anything, unlike the old PVEC. This is great, and it's only been, what, three days!?!
