Just some theories and logic after being a shareholder for 16 months. Cruz and company didn't come all this way to quit! I'm hoping he is working on audited 1st quarter financials in combination with either/or a merger, spin off and/or joint venture with share restructure included. In parallel I'm hoping he is seeking new suppliers if Jones did indeed stop supplying but we don't know that for sure. Jones departure could have been a simple conflict of interest as both CEO and supplier. On the other hand that could have been explained publically. Explaining a conflict of interest publically might have compromised Jones and his reputation so they kept the explanation simple and to the point.
