Our products will provide complete POS (Point of Sale) functionality, enhanced with tracking, traceability, and payment solutions for the business community within the industry that grows, distributes, markets, and/or sells the cannabis derived products.
NSAV and Pyrotree, or any of its current or future subsidiaries, will NOT, under any circumstances, have ANYTHING to do themselves with the actual planting, growing, stocking, manufacturing, selling, reselling, touching, distribution, formulation, or purchasing of the physical cannabis plants, or any product or chemical whatsoever that derives from the production or manufacturing process of the cannabis plant.
We will not be “touching” the plant in any way whatsoever; our business will be EXCLUSIVELY operated as a software and hardware business solution provider.”
