That is really fishy....they annouced a dividend increase, and then 2 months later, everything is down the toilet?  Wow, I hate to think they did it on purpose to sell shares, but I never put anything past anybody if there is money to be made.  I've seen greed first hand (in my own family) and how it can corrupt.
