btw my fan club (aka shadows) might want to take note of MSRT
which triggered threshold *right on time* .. on 4.30.15

remember they have 5 days to camouflage .. which is why basic
DD of actually knowing that co.s I/O and Float in relation to Restricted
is always worth noting

so when one third of a legit OTC co.s *Float* is traded in one day
it doesn't the pass the smell test .. and all the *resets* in the world
won't work if *retail* can't be shaken (and yep CANT is in the thick
of things >> there >> along with the usual suspects)

i called for threshold triggered based on *bogus bs highly visible
on the tape of trades* for 3 volume days .. first notation was on 4.16.15

i've always regretted not having documentation on PTOI's intra day trading
for those few days in Dec 2009 ..

i will not make that mistake again

i also like the fact that MSRT (while it has the usual bash for a better entry point
traders) has stayed under the usual sh*ts radar >> there

i like those under the radar co.s .. lol
