Haha, that's a good one Shamus.  I've been in business for over 40 years.  And nobody has ever bought anything from me without me selling it to them. 

And with our shares of Therma-Med.  The same rules apply.  Nobody can buy a share, unless somebody sells it to them.  It's just a simple rule of business.
