regarding yesterday's trading, looks like some sharks are circling waters. A new company releases a PR stating that they are raising the A/S for capital to get started on a contract and they start beating down the PPS to get those discounted shares for a potential CPN.

I truly doubt the new company's BOD is so new that they don't know to stay away from these sharks. HIGHLY doubt they use a toxic financing company like the Asher, IBC' & Southridge's of the world.

Those clowns probably will learn real quick that they might as well take their BS on somewhere else.
