You have to disclose if you own q crrtain amount of a company's outstanding shares!
if you own 5% or 10%, you have to file a form within I believe 5 business days or so.
so if your hokding 10% OF THIS COMPANY. you need to let us know.
Insiders and 10% owners have different rules and filings.
