I cant say because when i access level 2 after hours my brokers dont show mm's for most pennies

but if brad doesnt do something about dtc soon all mm's may drop CWRN and we would become grey market stock -still tradeable (if no dtc) but no level 2

anybody see level 2 during market hours today?
