Pure MM manipulation. Sure if you have e-trade you can buy shares, I did at .03 today. But you can't sell it, period. No one can sell any trades with a D on the stock indicator unless maybe through a broker but even that is doubtful. Definitely cannot do it via a web app. So this craziness will continue until the D comes off, and then it will get even crazier depending on what holders of shares from the r/s do.
