The reverse stock split should have been completed months ago. All the company needs to do is pay filing fees, which are currently outstanding. This is the issue; it is not a large sum of money, approximately $12000 -$15000. The preferred shareholder may step in if China company delays matters further in detriment to all the shareholders.
