The real question comes down to "what is a small percentage?" our current percentage is around 12%. Is 25% still considered small? Would it be enough to grow operations to support the big order? Then, to grow ops to sustain that level of operations, or do you outsource mfg so that you can minimize short term investment but sacrifice long term profit.
These are all tricky questions whose answers will significantly impact the pps.
