Typical TDA and Scottrade. They are frustrating to deal with. My other account is with fidelity and I am on the verge of pulling the trigger to consolidate all my holdings at their facility. TDA and Scottrade always treat pennies like second hand citizens.
As to the broker hold situation, I agree. it will likely continue until the stock certificates are in hand at our brokers location. However, I don't think this should preclude us from buying additional shares.
Of course, I haven't tried buying more shares...yet.
