The filing of S1A's should tell everyone here something...There is a back and forth conversation between Canwealth and the SEC.
There would be no reason to continue the expense of filing amendments unless the SEC was requesting a change in the document.
That leads to the logical assumption things are moving toward SEC approval. Then the next step is FINRA approval and a Ticker Symbol.
This is getting very close to a tipping point, and I believe that means the days of triple zero trades are almost over...and so I have bought what I can at these prices.
You will have to all make up your own mind and your risk tolerance...but the risk reward here is pretty easy to calculate.
