What I'd like to see them do is remove the disclaimer that they'll get back to us within 24 hours as that is not true. Since its inception and even through its decline, some self-induced, they have been playing by the SEC rules. If there is any comfort some can be taken from that. Those that decide to go outside of the rules will decline and fall eventually.
