PTOI has a long history of lying to investors and misleading investors. Sure Mr. Bordynuik, who architected the accounting fraud leading to the charges by the SEC and OSC, is now only in a consulting position with PTOI...but Mr. Heddle isn't doing investors any favors either. Right after promising transparency and mid-quarter updates, the plant went down and Mr. Heddle withheld that highly material information for six months. Even after finally disclosing that the plant was down, there was no apology from him.
Now that Mr. Heddle said he had "confidence" in EcoNav, watch what happens. Watch how those actual, completed sales to EcoNav never occur. Investors were passed off from one liar to another but the bottom line is that even up to the present, investors are still being misled. Hoping that the future will bring honesty from PTOI is a very bad bet.
