But can you make 4K video on your phone and then upload it? Then what kind of bandwidth do you need to watch it? Seems to me that you can make 4K videos and upload them and watch them at 4mbs on your computer...
Put it on a youtube like platform but not have the bandwidth restrictions associated with 4K.
Lets take porn for example. You could make porn and put it out there for 4K streaming at 4mbs.
