I am curious as to what we should expect for reporting documents. Will they be GAAP compliant and SEC submitted? I would expect so, given the team and the target plan. If this is the case, will we be able to simply state the value of the PVEC assets and start from scratch? That would greatly simplify the process to become SEC reporting.
