The thing is that we can teach our kids that even though you may not want to consume plants in a certain way, there can be benefits from that plant in other ways. Hemp, without the THC, is actually considered one of the super foods, is beneficial to the circulatory system, and can be purchased in many health food stores. It's about education, starting at a young age, but old enough to understand.

What do you say to your kids when they pass by a liquor store? Do you have beer, wine and liquor in your house? Do you hide that from them? What do you say to them when they pass through the junk food aisle in the store? There are non "controvertial" items that pass through our lips that can kill you in the long run...

The "leaf" is not evil and we can teach intelligently.
