Also the deal in Canada is contingent upon us having the cash by late summer. This maybe where it will come from. Shares in lieu of cash.
The debt of 1M with judgements already has to be addressed. Our bank accounts could be swept - our machinery could have liens on them. All that needs looked at. Basically crisis management.
I'm thinking it would be smart not to do business inTexas initially.
Too many problems with the TRRC.
