I'm all for the R/S, especially if there is news to go with it. The issue that really pisses me off is, why have they not PR'd the R/S. This shouldn't take research to know that you are being split. That should be a public announcement for all to read.

Secondly, if they don't PR this stock split. My feeling towards news coming after this R/S seems unlikely...
