what's positive (in my read). phil seemed overwhelmed (work and pace). new head of comm's allows him/team to focus on media (getting ultraflix titles processed. code. encoded. uploaded. websites. training new producers. programming stuff)
everyone going where they can excel. new guy tech bought. and brought in to manage his tech. nteks existing stuff. give a shot in the arm to a division that's not gotten as much attention as the others (gaming. media. cm)
may be product cross-pollination with 3d stuff (and ms3d too)
