Ameritrade is only buying out KMAG positions of 35 million shares or more which are owned by one person at one penny a share.
The buyer Ameritrade is repersenting is not interested in showing market volume by buying in the open marketplace or buying out small shareholders of 1,000,000 shares here or there. I was also told only shareholders with 35 million or more KMAG shares are being contacted with this offer, I don't know or care who the end buyer is as long as I get paid and get out of this stock.
I've read the posts on ihub and I too have been contacted because I have 44 million shares which I have agreed to tranfer next week.
