I agree DMOST. When traders/investors buy and sell shares; GRCU realizes zero funds since all we are doing is revolving the float. The only way GRCU will receive capitol is by issuing authorized shares into the market and diluting. Your point is well taken about managements lackadaisical or what I call "obtuse" attitude.
So lackadaisical that I can't help but think there is a bigger plan or are they that arrogant and stupid? The raising of capitol problem now becomes worse when GRCU decides to issue shares at this much lower PPS. They should have done this in the .02's and .03's while they had a chance to issue less shares albeit nobody would have liked it. The bashers would have been all over that dilution debacle so maybe it's for the best or is it inevitable? The lower the PPS goes, the more shares needing to be issued for the same amount of capitol. It's yet to be seen if Cruz has a plan to attract funding while reducing the share structure through the Green Cures and GRCU merger, a spin off and/or joint venture.
