Per the 2014 yearly filing below. Notice the company uses the words "as of the date of this report". It's a "cover thy arse" statement! Almost reads as though the insiders expected to be losing a CBD supplier(s). Why would Cruz jeopardize the relationship with Jones if indeed it is jeopardized? Was the cost of his raw materials too high? Quality was testing high so lack of quality wouldn't make sense. If I lived close to their CA address I would be waiting for Cruz so I could ask many pointed questions.
