Well done and spot on! HVEL should be audited first since it should be relatively inexpensive and at the same time help the S1 get approval more quickly. In addition, as you point out, it is a must when you are dealing with various gaming commissions. Notice btw how the shorts walked down the price of HVEL shares today on wash trades. ( Not a single share was reported short to FINRA). The shorts are doing all they can to lessen their exposure as I'm sure the major brokerage firms are not happy campers about the HVEL situation. I wonder how many they will sell at .02? Not many I bet.
