As I said, "I don't think GRCU is committing fraud". Cruz would be jeopardizing his real estate ventures, etc if so. In addition a lawyer provided his 3rd party opinion to the latest 2014 yearly financials so he would be indicted along with Cruz if they were falsifying the financials. I don't think notes are being falsified or do I think that Cruz has sold his shares. His shares are all but worthless so he needs to take a long hard look in the mirror and ask himself "how did my shares become worthless?". I think Cruz has been transparent about all the above and I believe him to be honest; so far! A bad communicator but honest!
If his lack of communication leads to other theories for his lack of attention to the lack of shareholder value then it's his own damn fault for providing avenues for the FUD! Example: If he doesn't want to elaborate on this so-called "Rico Suave spinoff" in the PR then why not just put the words "spin off" in quotes to signal it wasn't mean't as slang. He should signal that it was mean't as is defined in any business encyclopedia. Future OTC investors and expecially newbies could interpret Spin Off as a form of liquidating the product line to others and selling it for pennies on the dollar. Cruz has raised more questions than answers and when the OTC audience needs to fill in the blanks then the FUD will surely win over! He needs that pounded into his skull asap! Many are concerned about products not being restocked but I've provided my opinion on why some are not being restocked i.e. my "test marketing" theory. Another theory is pure stupidity on management's part. Another reason could be they are finding it difficult to find quality CBD oil that lives up to their quality but then I ask "why" if Jone's aquaponics were suppose to supply unlimited amounts? Are they waiting on that supply before restocking and if so then why can't Cruz tell us that? Many questions for the obtuse!
