Here is the thing, I can see the stock price not being at it's full valuation because the financials are not audited yet. I have no issue there. However, there is no reason why the stock is not trading in the 5-7 cent range today, which would give it a market cap of around $50 M or so. Based on the partnerships they have and the potential revenue moving forward, that is very fair.

The stock price being down in the 01s is a complete joke. And this is coming from someone that believes 99.999999999999% of all penny stocks are either complete scams or fantasy's.
