All the technical signs look good right now, so I think this is just idling until more news arrives.
The charts show money flowing into the stock, even thought he price isn't increasing. People are buying the stock, but because there is a decent supply of the stock and there isn't much demand for it at the moment, the price is not being driven up.
But them money is still flowing INTO it rather than out of it.
