If you're looking for numbers, then I, would personally say anything .235 and under is a compete steal. under
.245 is dirt cheap and anything under .27 is greatly discounted , and not owning at all is just silly lol. I bought me at .25 and .28 the other day and I've bought more down here. bought loads during the CE. basically, at this time, to me, there isn't a wrong time. l
