TD's real name will be disclosed when the SEC has to give him to the defendantss in their civil case. I believe that comes under full disclosure. When that will be I do not know. He will also be subpoenaed and have to testify (give a deposition) under oath. Only way this may not happen is if/when the SEC drops its case. Good chance he will be sued in the future and they may sue the SEC. Just what I am hearing.
