Chris and The BOD are doing everything in their power to get this going. No matter how hard they try there will always be uncontrolled obstacles blocking the path.
We already know the group trying to put Treaty out of business will stoop to the snake level to keep there momentum going.
My concern is " IF " hedgies are involved t here is no way they will ever want to cover millions of Air Shares. How far will they go to complete their mission ? They have all the moeny in the world. ( Or off shore island ). Treaty has no money to fight and The SEC could care less.
Hence if they pull this off Chris should be CEO of the year.
