Certainly the 10k will come as far as 4 days 10 days 100 days noone knows at this point. The good news is there has been buying since the late 10k and a bias to the upside which is very positive obviously.


Bottom Line: Thus far the 10k has not hurt the stock. It is true that some buyers will stay away however others see something called OPPORTUNITY and have been actively accumulating see tape.
